One Caribbean Television presents a special program honoring Kamala Harris, the first Caribbean American Vice President.
“Celebrating Caribbean-American Kamala Harris” appears on One Caribbean Television Wednesday, January 20 at 7:00pm EST. It will also run on One Caribbean Television’s Facebook page Sunday, January 17 at 7:00pm EST. The program features highlights from an all-Caribbean inauguration celebration presented by Invest Caribbean and The Caribbean American Action Network (CAAN).
Jamaican dancehall star Flourgon, Barbados gospel singer Toni Norville and many others are set to perform. Scheduled speakers include Jamaica Prime Minister Andrew Holness, New York Congressman Adriano Espaillat and Vice Chancellor of the University of the West Indies, Sir Hilary Beckles.
Noted actress Trina Parks and singer Kirk Brown host the event.
