A vote on the Trump-endorsed House budget plan is expected Tuesday, but there is still a lot up in the air. The sweeping, singular budget blueprint calls for big spending cuts over the next decade to help pay for tax cuts and other GOP priorities

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Monday, February 24, 2025, marks three years since Russia invaded Ukraine. Many Ukrainians have been killed trying to defend their country. On the weekend before the anniversary, some Ukrainians held a rally along the National Mall in Washington,  D.C. Some Ukrainians we spoke to are doubtful the war will end on good negotiating terms for Ukraine. 

A new concept being floated by the Trump administration could put more money in your pockets. 20% of DOGE savings would be divided among American taxpayers and 20% would be used to pay down the more than $35 trillion in national debt.
